Scholarships

Application closed March 1. Check back November 1 for the 2026 Scholarships!
Virginia Beach Master Gardeners endow two $2000 college scholarships every year through the Scholarship Foundation at Colonial Farm Credit. The requirements to apply for the scholarship are twofold:  the student must be a resident of Virginia Beach, and be majoring in Horticulture, an Agricultural-related curriculum, or Environmental Science/Engineering; with preference given to a Horticulture major. 

​Applications open November 1st, and are due by March 1st.
