Hybrid, F1 Hybrid is the first filial generation of offspring of distinctly different parental types.

Description:  New! Unusual pepper from southern China. Beautiful and convoluted in shape, these peppers avg. 3 1/2-4" x 2." In China, they are typically used green in stir fries, but we like their flavor when red-ripe as well. With thin walls and sweet and mild heat, they are ideal for stir fries and salads. Tall, upright plants. NOTE: Plants do not provide a good leaf canopy, so we suggest limited trials in areas where sunscald may be an issue.

Scoville Heat Units: Slightly less than average Cayenne Pepper.

Plant Space – 12-18”, Row Space – 24-36”

Matures in 65 – 85 Days

Harvest: They ripen from green too red and are great for pickling when still green.
